Echelon is an Organisation Development consultancy; supporting clients for over 20 years to implement and sustain improved performance, employee engagement and capability.
We work extensively in the corporate, public and voluntary sector, for professional bodies and across organisational boundaries with partnership bodies.
Programmes for several public sector clients have won national awards for innovative change and communication whilst four corporate clients have each won a National Training Award for the business benefits accruing from the programme.

To ensure we retain currency and detailed experience we continue to hold senior non executive positions in business and in the public sector- together we have 6 non executive directorships/trustee positions on various boards.
